Activities:              Currently, I have the pleasure of serving the Department of Communication and Journalism as the departmental advisor to our majors and as the recruiter for potential students. My passion is serving Auburn students through advising, teaching, and supporting student organizations.  Currently, I am the faculty advisor for Lambda Sigma Sophomore Honor Society and have previously been the advisor for Mortar Board Senior Honor Society, Modeling Board, and a social sorority.  It is a pleasure to serve on numerous selection panels for student organizations.  I also teach various seminars on campus including “Making Oral Presentations” and “Business Etiquette.”

Bio:                       My major interests are my family including my husband- Jerry, children-Jim and Elizabeth, and pets-Lacy and Duke; church related activities; community volunteerism; Auburn athletic events; and gardening.  Eight members of my family are Auburn graduates.  War Eagle.
