The Department of Communication Disorders requires information in addition to that collected by the Graduate School. the Applicant Information Form should be completed and returned to the Director of Graduate Studies (for students applying to the SLP Masters' program) or to the Au.D. Program Admissions Officer along with three (3) letters of recommendation. Letters should come from former professors, teachers, and clinical supervisors.
Admission is on a competitive basis and only a limited number of students may be admitted to audiology and to speech-language pathology during each admission period to ensure an adequate faculty-to-student ratio as required by ASHA to maintain accreditation.
