Admission

Application Procedures

  • Space is limited and students must submit formal applications as soon as they know for sure they are participating.
  • Complete the Auburn Abroad Package (Download at: www.auburn.edu/studyabroad, “Forms”  “Auburn Abroad Forms”) and submit it to one of the Program Co-Directors.
  • All applications must be submitted no later than by March 1.
  • Non-Auburn University students must also be accepted as transient students by AU ($40) and must attach a transcript to the application forms to qualify for the Summer Abroad program.
  • All AU and non-AU students must submit a completed Auburn Abroad Package. 

Formal Program Admission

Students must complete and submit to the Program Co-Directors the Auburn Abroad Package.

  • Program Co-Directors will send a formal acceptance letter to each participant. 
  • Upon admission to the Program, all participants will be billed from the AU Bursar’s office.
  • Billing will be in three parts:
    1. the $500 non-refundable deposit (billed upon submission of application)
    2. first ½ of the remaining balance (due April 2)
    3. final balance (due May 7).
