| Nonrefundable $500 deposit billed at the time of application. This deposit is part of the total program fee | December 14: Suggested early application deadline for $250 discount on the total program fee. |
| After March 3: Withdrawal with $1000 penalty. | March 10: FINAL Application deadline for program. Late applications will be considered on a space available basis only. |
| After April 2: Withdrawal with 50% refund. | April 2: You must have your PASSPORT in your hands and all your paperwork processed through OIE. |
| March 3: First 1/2 of Program Fee due to Bursar. | May 10: Program Start Date. |
| April 2: Second 1/2 of Program Fee Due to Bursar. | |
| April 10: No refund after this date. |
