VIRTUAL EXHIBIT

This Virtual exhibit activity allows you to design your own museum exhibit. You decide which quilts to include, how to arrange the quilts, and what additional information to provide.

Instructions

Instructions for virtual exhibit:

  1. On the page of the exhibit, scroll down until you see the three buttons that say select first panel, select second panel, print. Do not use the print button, instead, print the browser window.
  2. In order to insert a quilt image into the left panel, click on select first panel, click on small quilt image
  3. In order to insert a quilt image into the right panel, click on select second panel, click on small quilt image
  4. In order to select as one of the panels a text box, click on either the select first panel or select second panel button, click on add text box
  5. In order to use the small text boxes under the panels, put your cursor into the box and start typing.
  6. In order to delete an image or a large text box click on the image or text and click on remove text box.
  7. If nothing is working the way you want it, click refresh on the browser.
  8. Warning: you cannot save this page. In order to keep a copy of what you have done you need to print from the browser
