Keith Claridy (Auburn History M.A., 2003), wrote an M.A. thesis entitled "'Bring God to the Negro, Bring the Negro to God': Thomas Joseph Toolen, Archbishop of Mobile (1927-1969), His Culture, His Religion, and His Mission," under the direction of Dr. Anthony Carey, with Dr. Larry Gerber and Dr. David Carter rounding out his committee. He is originally from Smiths Station, Alabama. Keith received his Bachelor's Degree in History from Auburn University in the Summer of 2004.
