Phi Alpha Theta
Phi Alpha Theta is the international honor society for History, first established in 1921 at the University of Arkansas. Represented at Auburn University by its Kappa Pi chapter, established in the spring of 1965, Phi Alpha Theta encourages the study and occupational culture of history by sponsoring research and professional development colloquia, hosting social events for its members and guests, and occasionally arranging field trips to history-related sites, exhibits, and events in the Southeast.
Please visit the Auburn University Phi Alpha Theta website,or for more information about the society, visit Phi Alpha Theta's national website.
