Cal Clark, Professor and MPA Director, earned his Ph.D. at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. He specializes in comparative public policy and has published articles in such journals as the American Political Science Review, International Studies Quarterly, Policy Studies Review, and Western Political Quarterly. He teaches research methods in both the undergraduate and MPA programs and U.S. political economy.
