Admission to Auburn University
Auburn University has the highest admission standards in the state. Prospective applicants from one of the secondary schools in the United States should have had 4 years of English, three years of mathematics including 2 years of Algebra and 1 year of Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, or Analysis, 2 years of Science including 1 year of Biology and 1 year of Physical Science, and 3 years of Social Studies. A Foreign Language is also recommended. Applicants are also required to provide scores from either the American College Test (ACT) or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT).
