Philip Lewis received his A.B. in Psychology from Hamilton College (1963) and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University (1966, 1968). He completed an internship in clinical psychology at Duke University Medical Center. Currently he is a Professor of Psychology at Auburn University where he has been since 1977. His interests encompass adolescent and adult personality development, the assessment and development of managerial conceptual capability, and the role of individual differences in the workplace.
