Adrian Thomas received his Ph.D. from the Georgia Institute of Technology for research conducted with co-chairs Nambury Raju and Stan Mulaik. His research interests include personnel selection, scale development, incorporation of workers with disabilities into the workforce, and psychometric and practical issues associated with currently available techniques of validity generalization and utility analysis. His main consulting efforts include development of selection techniques, statistical consultation, and work stress management.
