Steven K. Shapiro received his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island and his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Miami. He completed an internship in clinical child/pediatric psychology at Duke University Medical Center.
Currently, he is an Associate Professor of Psychology at Auburn University, where he has been since 1990. He serves as the current Director of Clinical Training. His research activities focus on the description and assessment of attentional, learning and conduct problems in children and adults, and executive functions.
